The Quote above comes from the Glenville Highway Superintendent Tom Coppola.

Here at the swamp, we call him Don Coppola, because he sounds more like a mob

boss than a servant of the people.

In December 2023, Nicholas Sellick, filed a lawsuit against the town making some

interesting claims about Don Coppola and his main Capo Garth Riccio. Sellick claims

that Riccio regularly called him a “fag” and other gay slurs, starting almost

immediately when he came to work for the town in 2021. Later Don Coppola and Ricco

forced their employee to clean up tissues that Riccio used to whack off. Sounds like

a great place to work right? I’m sure your boss is fine with you jerking off on company

time and forcing someone else to pick up your spooge rags right?

Well, Sellick was eventually transferred to the sewer department, because there was

no way “shut your fucking mouth” Tom was going to discipline his boy Riccio.

Think the story ends there? Nope

Riccio kept right on abusing Sellick at the Sewer Department. Sellick was ordered to

clean up Riccio’s office, and in doing so found his stash of porn and some used

tissues that “had previously been used for masturbation”. He reported this to his

boss and was told “Don’t touch those, they belong to Riccio.”

Eventually Sellick was reassigned again, and then, eventually fired. He is currently

suing Riccio and Coppola for a hostile work environment and harassment, as well as

the town for wrongful dismissal and retaliation.

Sellick is in therapy as a result of this abuse, while Coppola is running for reelection

and Riccio continues to get a taxpayer salary to support his porn and masturbation

habits.
